Knolly Bikes has been around since 2002, engineering suspension technology and off-road bikes. Our designs are influenced by Vancouver's North Shore mountain bike trails and we are focused on delivering the absolutely most reliable, highest performing products that we can.

We're looking for a Junior and a Mid-level Inside Sales Representative.

JUNIOR INSIDE SALES
Here is what you’ll be doing:
Handling an existing dealer sales portfolio
Learning the ropes and being groomed into the sales team
Sales collections
Creating and fulfilling sales inquiries using in-house ERP system
General B2B and B2C sales communication

Answering product and sales inquiries via phone/email/text

Answering technical inquiries via phone/email/text

Follow up with dealers/reps on current inventory and booking opportunities

Answering technical bike inquiries
General sales inquiry communications

Minding general email inquiries

Assessing sales opportunities with general inquiries
Providing “boots on ground” retail industry feedback and information
Developing a strong understanding of the engineering and technology behind our products
Assisting in receiving and unpacking boxes
Self motivated and a problem solver
Maintaining an open, collaborative relationship with the office team and managers
What Knolly is looking for (Competencies)
B2C Communications Experience
Accountability
Background in Bikes or the outdoor industry
Critical thinking
MS Office and accurate data entry skills
A minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience or familiarity is an asset
Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work in an ever evolving environment

MID-LEVEL INSIDE SALES
Here is what you’ll be doing:
Managing key accounts
Handling an existing dealer sales portfolio
Working alongside with the Sales/Marketing Manager in sales planning and business development
Creating and fulfilling sales inquiries using in-house ERP system
Increasing market penetration within existing dealers.
Driving sales growth, including targeting new dealers
Dealer liaison
