Nearby trail system and your favorite trails:

The closest trail network to me is the Jordie Lunn Bike Park. It offers fast, flowy trails with a mix of jumps and freeride features, blending a park-style experience with hand-built trail elements.

My favourite trails to ride are the ones I’ve built over the years, along with those my buddies have crafted across Southern Vancouver Island. These trails are packed with freeride features, fast DH lines, and steep sections. One of my zones is entirely made up of shale and rock, offering a completely different ride compared to the rest of the island’s terrain.

What do you ride (type of terrain)? What's the intended use for your new bike?

The Southern Island has a lot of rough, chunky, fast and steep trails with some good sized gaps throughout. My Delirium has been built to withstand all the rough stuff, including DH trails at speed while having the playfulness and support to get the most out of my bike on jumps, drops and tech features.

What model/color?

I'm riding the Delirium with the rising sun (white fade to red). It was awesome how comfortable it felt to ride on the first day! It's a frame where I really appreciate the intricacies from an engineering perspective and an artist's standpoint. I'm not used to running a bike that is this clean!

Bike spec/build. Did you do anything to make it special?

I'm running my Delirium in the slack setting with a 650 pound coil shock.

Chromag Fubar OSX handlebars (800mm/31.5" width)

Chromag Overture seat and Squarewave grips

SR Suntour RUX fork

Rockshox Super Deluxe coil

Dangerboy pedals on SRAM Descendant Cranks (170 mm length)

SRAM G2 RE brakes for good stopping power

Sun Ringle wheels

Maxxis DHR II tires (with tubes to keep from burping on jumps)

Stem reach: 50mm

34T chainring

SRAM GX 7 spd DH rear cassette

How tall are you? What size frame did you get? How does it fit you?

I'm 6 foot 1 and own a medium/S3. I wanted the shorter frame for it's trick-ability and it fits exactly how I hoped it would!

What do you love about your new bike?

I love how the Delirium feels both incredibly stable and solid at speed while still being playful enough to throw around on jumps. It's patented Fourby4 suspension platform perfectly compliments carving 360's off of all sorts of lips. It’s a bike that can take a beating and handle it with ease. I’m stoked to ride something that gives me total confidence in both performance and durability.
